Monthly Prize Draw Terms And Conditions

This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, who are Inview Interactive Panel members at the time of the prize draw. Inview Interactive reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

Eligibility for the draw is strictly dependent upon entrants sending successful text messages every week in the preceding calendar month.
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within the month. The winners will be notified and prizes delivered within one month following the date of the draw. If the winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or any prize is declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at Inview Interactive’s discretion. Inview Interactive will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner/s to take up the specified prize.
The monthly prizes are:

Third Prize: Digital Camera
Fourth Prize: Bottle of Champagne
The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion. All prize winners are required to have their name and details of prize published on the website and be made publicly available to any other user panel member.
Inview Interactive reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prize is not transferable.
Inview Interactive accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, related to the prize.
