June 9 - 14.30hrs

Notice for users of Digilogic, Durabrand, Techwood, Logik and Matsui boxes who have experienced a problem where the box freezes overnight when left in standby.
An upgrade for the remaining boxes (Digilogic, Techwood and other Matsui DTR-3) will be broadcast between 10:00 on the 9th June and 09:00 on the 16th June. We advise all owners of these boxes to upgrade during this time to resolve the overnight crashing issue. The upgrade can be obtained as follows:

After 9am on the 9th June
Make sure that your box is turned on at the mains and is operating normally (check that you can view TV and change channels. If not, turn the box off at the mains, wait 30 seconds then turn it back on again).
Place you box into standby using the remote control.
Wait at least one hour, but please do not leave the box overnight before proceeding to the next step.
After one hour press the standby key to turn on the box. You will see an on-screen message as follows:

New Software Has Been Downloaded.
Do you wish to install it?
[No] [Yes]

Make sure 'Yes' is highlighted using the left or right arrow keys, then press SELECT. After about 1 minute you can turn the box on as normal.
