Frequently Asked Questions

I have seen Teletext Extra on a different model of set-top box, but it is not available on mine. How do I get it?

Teletext Extra will initially be available on a selected set of set top boxes click here and gradually will be made available on more set top boxes in the coming weeks. However some older boxes may not receive it. Contact your manufacturer to find out when the service may be available to you.
