Why have I only got two days of TV listings?

The 14-day TV listings update each morning at around 3am. If you switch off the mains power to your box the updates cannot get through. When you next turn on your box the guide will only be able to download two days worth of TV listings. Leave your box in standby overnight to ensure always having 14 days of listings.
